Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

For now, we are only availabe in the US. However, we are always interested in hearing from you no matter where you are located. Get in touch with us costalgia.usa@gmail.com

How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days at our Michigan warehouse before shipping times begin.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the amount of products you order and the shipping option you choose

  • Express shipping ($13.99) - 1 to 2 business days
  • Standard Shipping ($7.00) - 3 to 4 business days
  • Orders over $75.00 - Free Standard Shipping 3-4 Business days.

Returns And Exchanges

Returns & Refunds Policy

General Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Allergic Reactions

Your safety is our priority. If you experience an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept opened products for return due to hygiene reasons, we may offer a store credit or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exclusions

  • Opened or used cosmetics (except in cases of allergic reaction or defective products)
  • Clearance, Discounted or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or report an issue, contact us at costalgia.usa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Received the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us.

What forms of payment you receive?

We accept payments through PayPal, which allows you to pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit or debit cards.

Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.
