Returns & Refunds Policy

General Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please also include your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at costalgia.usa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Allergic Reactions
Your safety is our priority. If you experience an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept opened products for return due to hygiene reasons, we may offer a store credit or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exclusions

  • Opened or used cosmetics (except in cases of allergic reaction or defective products)

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items

As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to check any customs or import charges that may apply and pay them. We may provide general information, but it’s best to confirm details with your country’s customs office before purchasing.
